Before you join.
How will Flow Credits work?
When the program opens, members who join and verify their identity will receive starter credits for eligible learning, reviews, and collaboration. They can earn more by helping, reviewing, mentoring, teaching, and contributing useful resources.
Future expert offers will explain whether they use credits, money, or both, and how contributors can earn. The rules and any monetary arrangements will be explained before those options open.
Will founding members receive lasting benefits?
We’re planning selected lifetime benefits for members of the founding cohort who help shape the community. Exceptional engineers may also earn that status through leadership review of sustained contribution, collaboration, and conduct.
Eligibility and the exact benefits will be defined before an award. Registering interest does not itself grant an award or guarantee admission to the founding cohort.
Do I need to be looking for work?
No. Learning, getting help, sharing expertise, and meeting people are reasons to belong in their own right.
Does registration create a profile or verify my identity?
No. This is an early-access list. Member onboarding, identity verification, professional evidence, and any credit allocation are separate steps when those features open.
